As packaged: GLUTEN FREE, DAIRY FREE, SOY FREE, AND VEGAN
Add soup mix to 2 1/4 cups of water and 2 tbsp of vegetable or olive oil and stir. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer on LOW until quinoa absorbs all of the water and is tender (about 15 minutes) then fluff with a fork. Serve warm or let cool in fridge and serve as a Morrocan quinoa salad. DELICIOUS HOT OR COLD
Add chopped cilantro, scallions and cashew pieces with a drizzle of olive oil on top. Delicious warm or cold as a side dish or a main entree. It is wonderful with added vegetables and protein of choice.
